Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Elementary MONTESSORI Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum
- Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents and school administration
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Teaching certification/license
- Proficient in mentoring students and fostering their development
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Knowledge of childhood development and behavior management techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning style
-Knowledge of Montessori materials
- Knowledge of peace curriculm/mindfulness.
-Passion for culture and geography as well as science
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in Montessori training

Pay: $22.65 - $24.45 per hour
