Here are the job duties:
· Work with the assigned area and other budget authorities to reconcile annual budget
· Reviewing and validating budgets to analyze trends affecting budget needs
· Interact with department personnel about budgets
· Monitor all college budgets for budgets exceeding allocated amounts
· Post budget adjustments within PeopleSoft
· Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, as may be required
· Analyze financial information and prepare reports to summarize current and projected financial position of the College
· Assist with fiscal year close, as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience Licensing & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3 years of work-related experience required
- Valid Texas Driver License

Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
