Healthcare Sales Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department by providing administrative assistance, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth operations within the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate sales meetings and appointments.
- Register with every City, County, Fortune 50 Company and Federal Agency.
- Maintain and manage Bid Library.
- Complete and submit RFPs and Bids.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the sales team in managing client accounts and maintaining customer relationships.
- Utilize organizational skills to maintain accurate sales records and databases.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Utilize leadership skills to motivate and support the sales team.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients as needed.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Word and other software tools for sales-related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales administration or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of medical sales or pharmaceutical sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in sales processes and strategies.
- Skilled in communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients.
