Job Overview
As a Black Widow Imaging Customer Support Technician, you will communicate with clients daily solving product support related issues. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems primarily over the phone. You will be asked to solve basic and moderately complex service tickets submitted by business clients. All work will be performed through our service desk ticketing system where you will create, update, work, and resolve all support tickets. Overtime, you will build positive working relationships with the personnel using our systems.
In addition to handling support tickets, you will also
- Assemble and configure hardware for upcoming installations
- Assist with product and R&D team
- Providing product feedback to help improve product
- Assisting with creating and updating our customer facing and internal documentation for
common support issues and known fixes
- Travel as needed to assist with installation and in field support

Required Experience and Skillsets
- Minimum of two years of experience in an IT service role supporting Windows and Linux
- computers systems, TCP/IP Networks
- Cisco Network Certification or related certification / training
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things
- Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software
Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work from your residence as necessary, and possess a high-speed Internet connection
- Ability to travel as necessary
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
