Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the property, amenities, and leasing terms
- Process rental applications, verify applicant information, and conduct background checks
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly executed
- Collect and process rental payments from residents
- Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain organized and accurate resident files and records
- Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance with property management policies
Experience:
- Previous experience in property leasing or property management preferred
- Familiarity with Entrata or similar property management software is a plus
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and landlord/tenant law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with prospective residents, current residents, and team members
- Ability to negotiate lease terms, upsell additional services or amenities, and close leasing deals
- Excellent organizational skills to manage paperwork, files, and resident records accurately

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
