We are a busy dental office looking for a sharp, motivated, hardworking individual to fill the position of a dental assistant. We are looking for someone who is self sufficient, able to multi task and takes pride in helping people.
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to take necessary radiographs, and assist with sterilization process Educate patients that dental health leads to a better quality of life Assist dentist at the chair
Ability to build good rapport with patients and staff.
Stock supplies and keep track of dental supplies
Ensure that all OSHA, Dental Board and corporate guidelines are being followed at all times
Able to document patient's treatment into the dental software
Be able to provide instruction to the patients
Able to check blood pressure
Have good judgment and be able to effectively work with a diverse group of people Genuinely like helping patients
Be able to follow instructions from the office management team Experience with Invisalign, Cerec or front office management would be a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus not required
Requirements:
Must have a current CPR certification and X-Ray License
A minimum of a High School Diploma Certification from an accredited dental assistant program preferred
