Fast paced Real Estate/Property Management office looking for a new member to join our team. Must be able to work independently, have a great attitude and work well with the public and other team members. Candidate must be able to handle a busy, fast-paced environment and enjoy a challenge, all with a smile on your face. Must be flexible and versatile. Previous proven property management, home inspections and/or property management maintenance experience required.
Responsibilities may include
· Manage all aspects of assigned properties
· Move in, Move out and 6 month inspections
· Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, insurance claims, preventative maintenance, helping to complete repairs, enforcing HOA rules
· Scheduling and ordering maintenance repairs and upgrades
· Maintain a positive, productive relationship with both tenant and owners
· Exploring new opportunities to add value to the team and personal job accomplishments
· Advertising and Photography
· Posting to social media platforms
Skills
· The ability to handle and assist staff with difficult scenarios, complaints, and de-escalation with tenants, owners and vendors regarding security deposit disposition, leasing, move-outs and other instances
· Full understanding of property management and all of its different aspects
· In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management, including Fair Housing and SCRA
· Competency in MS Office, google sheets/docs and relevant databases and software, including Appfolio and Property Meld
· Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
· Well organized, with excellent time management and negotiation skills

Must have tough skin, the ability to maintain peace and order during chaos, the ability to make all parties feel important and heard, have the skills to adapt to ever changing scenarios, and be flexible, as every day may be different.
