Director of Recruitment
Job Summary:
A Director of Recruitment is an experienced professional responsible for determining staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and leading employment branding initiatives. They excel in full-cycle recruiting, possess strong sourcing skills, and ensure positive candidate experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Oversees all recruitment efforts in the organization and conducts full cycle recruiting for open requisitions.
· Uses various channels to source candidates, manages sourcing strategies, and recruitment budget.
· Focus on candidate sourcing to support the organization’s affirmative action plan.
· Ensures the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices as it applies to recruitment.
· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
· Participates in industry and applicable compensation surveys and assists with compensation strategy.
· Representing the organization at job fairs and recruiting events
· Builds relationships with applicants and expands network of connections to always be recruiting.
· Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Three years proven experience as talent acquisition manager.
- SHRM-CP and/or PHR certification preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
