Join our team as an Document/Solutions Specialist!
In this role, you will handle various office-related tasks to provide support across departments. Responsibilities include managing mail (opening, sorting, and scanning), data entry, handling inbound and outbound calls, and negotiating payment agreements while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Open, sort, scan, and process mail
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls
- Respond to high volumes of telephone and email inquiries
- Negotiate payment agreements and settlements
- Maintain professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Adhere to compliance standards and practices
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Call center or customer service experience preferred; legal experience is an advantage.
