Responsibilities include, providing the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere. We are looking for candidates that thrive in high volume and show the ability to stay calm under pressure while providing leadership and direction to their fellow line cooks. Provide support to the Chef and Sous Chef by providing day-to-day guidance and direction to kitchen staff. Ensure that all recipes, food prep, and presentations meet standards. Maintain a safe, systematic, and sanitized kitchen. In addition to some supervisor responsibilities, this position will also complete duties of a Line Cook and when needed is responsible to perform duties of all kitchen positions. Ability to understand what people are asking and providing insight. Helping to positively problem solve and offering solutions and support where necessary. Candidates that can show positive leadership will have the ability to progress into our 100-point Chef training program.
Starting wages range from $24-$28 per hour, depending on experience. Starting wages will be tied to the individual's ability, experience, and results of achieving our standards. Wages may increase after 90 days, depending on the individual reaching and performing at or above our standards.
