GENERAL PURPOSE:
The OEE Analyst is responsible for tracking Operations OEE performance along with analyzing and charting production data. Auditing of production batch cards to ensure all quality steps have been performed on time. Charting of area performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost, and People. The OEE Analyst will pareto production delays supporting equipment OEE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proficient with computer applications in Microsoft Office Suite Programs required.

Experience/ability to prepare reports.

Knowledge of or ability to learn SAP S4.

Demonstrated record of consistent attendance to support daily organizational operations.

Develop high level written reports, business correspondence and presentations.

Assist with monitoring and updating web-based content in SharePoint.

Organizing files and collecting data.

Reporting problem with the data, charts or information pertaining to area performance.

May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data, files. And charts.

Compares data entered with source documents or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.

Analyzing the data for errors.

Deletes incorrectly entered data and re-enters correct data.

Accurately entering information into various computer programs (Example, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Keeping sensitive client and or company information confidential.
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent.

Required Experience: 1-2 years minimum experience in a data collection and analysis.

Experience with data entry of alpha-numeric information preferred.

Must be accurate, with an attention to detail and expedient.
LANGUAGE SKILS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
