Financial Analyst
Job Description
Rapid growth company seeking experienced Accountant/Financial Analyst. Highly qualified individual will be responsible for the preparation of reports and statistics reflecting revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities and other financial information. Maintains the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory control. Ensure Accounting policies are in place and followed.
Essential Functions:
· Demonstrates knowledge of implementation and process improvement.
· Possess complete understanding of GAAP and ensures that policies are complied with.
· Oversee the operations of the accounting personnel, including the design of the organizational structure adequate for achieving department's goals and objectives.
· Prepares financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annually), including balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow statements and other management information documents as required.
· Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
· Organize and prioritize work activities while utilizing efficient time management skills in meeting deadlines
· Available to travel internationally 2-3 times a year
· Bilingual (English / Spanish, Chinese Mandarin /English)
· ERP Implementation skills is a Plus
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required (MBA a plus +)
· 3 years minimum experience required in accounting with all listed qualifications
· Advanced computer skills-Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
· Thorough knowledge of QuickBooks and implementing a new financial system (if needed)
· Excellent communication, analytical and supervisory skills
· Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish)
· Compensation is based on experience, and will be discussed at interview.
