Our fast-paced, growing real estate company is seeking a Disposition Manager to play a crucial role in marketing, negotiating, and selling properties held and controlled by the company prior to a predetermined deadline. Your contribution will be integral to our continued growth and success.
The Disposition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company's pricing strategies, price execution, and overall price management. This will require learning, understanding, and implementing the company philosophy regarding the analysis and negotiation of each opportunity to maximize profits.
As a Disposition Manager, you create marketing pieces emailed to our established buyer's list daily. Once the property has been marketed to our buyers, it is the responsibility of this position to communicate in a timely fashion and ultimately negotiate the sale of our properties from the interest the marketing generates. This communication will occur through email, text, phone calls, and in-person meetings. The Disposition Manager will also be responsible for showing properties to interested buyers as needed.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who will:
1. Market properties according to established procedures
2. Continuous improvement of processes and procedures
3. Create new buyer contacts in order to develop and grow our existing buyer's list
4. Constant monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process
5. Manage and facilitate successful acquisition activity with the sales team
6. Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing strategy to maximize profitable growth
7. Develop strong business relationships with investor buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company
8. Provide the company with reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
9. Help to develop and implement improvement strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue.
10. Enter all relevant notes into company CRM on a daily basis
11. Assist the Company with miscellaneous projects as needed.
