We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, high performing NetSuite Administrator to join a growing organization. This role will collaborate with cross-functional team members to optimize our NetSuite functionality, perform customizations, resolve user issues and define processes. The ideal candidate will conceptualize business needs and be able to formulate, develop, and implement solutions from both the technical and business points of view. will be driven to improve the organization’s efficiency utilizing NetSuite’s capabilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Fully administer NetSuite including user management, reporting, dashboard development, and updates, specifically NetSuite OneWorld platform, and experience with Manufacturing and Advanced Revenue Recognition (SAAS) modules.
- Support integrations of existing systems and data into NetSuite.
- Effect future-state integrations of data into NetSuite in an optimal and efficient manner.
- Leverage and customize out-of-the-box NetSuite solutions. Be able to critically evaluate when NetSuite out-of-the-box solutions might not be appropriate for optimal issue resolution.
- Collaborate across multiple departments such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to develop effective solutions that result in optimizing workflows.
- Assess the current NetSuite environment and drive increased utilization, functionality, and workflow automation and optimization across all business functions.
- Analyze processing issues and assess breakdowns to develop solutions.
- Fully document existing and new customizations and workflows.
- Maintain proper system access for all users and roles.
- Coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally.
- Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards.
- Be comfortable exporting data out in save searches, modifying it as necessary and reporting back into NetSuite.
- Ensure system compliance with Company policies, procedures and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows.
- Ability to be the primary point of contact for integrations to NetSuite.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep up to date with current and emerging IT and industry trends, paying special attention to prop tech.
- Can confidently provide support and user training across departments.
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS in Accounting, Business or technical field.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite including integrations, customizations and configurations.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
For applicants located in California, the salary range for this full-time role is expected to be $80,000-$90,000 annually. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package. Please note Rently reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications, and that the expected salary range may be different for candidates located outside of California.
