Local dealership is currently hiring an experienced Service Manager to grow and expand the Service Department. The ideal candidate must possess excellent managerial skills and a strong desire to drive dealership profitability with exceptional customer service. Prior Service Manager experience is required, with verifiable work history.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and enforce processes within the service department to ensure work is performed timely and accurately
· Focus on creating excellent customer service to develop repeat, loyal customers
· Resolve any customer complaints in a prompt, sincere manner
· Train, motivate, review and manage service staff for high-level performance
· Achieve profit goals by meeting sales targets, hours, capacity goals, etc
· Attend and complete any training necessary
· Maintain compliance with quality standards
· Ensuring the service area is retail-ready with proper displays and maintenance products
· Analyze service reports to determine deficits and develop action plans to improve performance
Job Requirements:
· 3 or more years of service management experience required
· Valid driver’s license
· Management skills to motivate and develop staff
· Highly organized and able to multitask
· Strong desire to succeed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
