The Receptionist / Office Assistant position is a highly visible and essential position.
This role is a support to our current receptionist for the overflow work.
The general duties of this role include answering incoming calls, scheduling, clerical, and project-based work, in addition to direct client contact and service.
Position Responsibilities :
Answer inbound phone and email inquiries and route to appropriate staff and team members.
Directly greet and service clients for scheduled appointments as well as impromptu visits.
Hospitality : Coffee and Cookies for clients and staff.
Create and modify documents utilizing Microsoft Office including Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
Manage, organize and update relevant data using database applications.
Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and shipping.
Maintains safe and clean reception area.
Assume other duties as required and assigned.

Proficient with Windows based software, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Outlook
Prior financial services industry experience is a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
