Summary / Objective
Operations Coordinators are responsible for organizing and assisting in daily workflow and communication for multiple parking operations throughout the Southeast and Midwest United States from the company headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.

Excellent interpersonal, relationship, communications (both oral and written), customer service, and organization skills.

Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful environment and possess the flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.

Effectively able to provide remote customer assistance to different sites through phone, intercom, and cameras.

Ability to assess operational situations and take best course of action to assist with challenges and resolve customer service issues.

Ability to monitor parking equipment from a centralized command center.

Ability to monitor camera system and dispatch work force or resources as needed.

Ability to provide and assist customers on incident reports.

Ability to operate equipment’s such as computers, cellphones and other equipment as required.

Assists field managers on coordination of staffing levels and uniformity.

Provide and assists drivers to ensure that routes are on time and customers are taken care of

Assist with the coordination of vehicle fleet maintenance and documentation.

Investigate incidents per the direction of the eCommand manager.

Provides daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the eCommand Manager.

Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.

Any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service and data entry experience
Multi line experience a plus

Previous Customer Service Experience

Previous call center experience, preferred

Previous DOT experience preferred
