As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA), you will play a critical role in driving our growth by connecting with potential buyers from our database, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our experienced realtors. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, making a lasting impression and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to a database of interested buyers and sellers.
- Qualify leads and gather necessary information to understand their needs and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for our realtors with qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads to maintain relationships and nurture potential clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information and detailed notes.
- Achieve and exceed monthly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) in a real estate company.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and practices.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
