Job Purpose: Inside Sales Representative focusing on retaining potential contracts, reversing cancellations, and converting leads. Serving as a liaison; assisting the original sales representative in lead conversion. Ensuring customer acquisition levels and profitability are achieved.

Responsibilities
-
Follow-up with potential customers through email, text, and phone calls to try and attain their business and if it is recent enough help facilitate original rep to get back through the appointment specialists
- Call, email and text customers who have canceled or are in the process of cancelling their existing contracts

Rehash existing leads that we have seen and priced previously and try to attain their business on alternate products
- Run small projects and service sales appointments as needed

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relations with existing or potential customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

Analyze and track sales and status reports

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Continuously improve through feedback
Work directly with sales trainers/managers to give feedback on sales reps

Qualifications:

You are fluent with Technology and able to learn software systems such as estimating software, CRM, and Microsoft Office along with other technology that is implemented
