Job Description:
JP Auto Transport is a rapidly growing vehicle transportation logistics company, specializing in car shipping services for dealerships, auto auctions, manufacturers, government agencies, car rental companies and individual customers.
We are seeking a patient and friendly Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing their car shipments from start to finish. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
The logistics coordinator will earn a commission on every order managed, providing availability for high earnings.
This is an entry-level, commission-based position with a strong earning potential of $65,000+ in annual income.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage customer orders from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of vehicles.
- Provide customers with quotes and assist with online booking and payment processes.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Lead and train a team of logistics coordinators.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- Proficiency in using technology and software for managing logistics.
- Ability to work both remotely and in-office as required.
