Global Marketing Manager - Video/Advanced Technologies (upstream)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Marketing Manager (product manager) to join our team at a pivotal moment in our company's growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role is responsible for providing global product development. This individual will work with global sales leadership, including regional and in-country marketing teams to gain insight into local market dynamics, collecting voice of customer feedback, and consolidating input into the development of the Global Product Plan.
The Global Marketing Manager will assist the Sr. Director of Marketing with developing and driving the Global Product Plan. They will serve as the Marketing function lead on product development teams as appropriate for the assigned franchise. They will prepare financial analyses and business plans to support new product development programs, capture competitive intelligence, and develop relevant market models to support their assigned product categories.
The Global Marketing Manager will work in collaboration with their commercial marketing counterparts to develop programs to support the regional selling organizations, including programs to drive sales force readiness and achieve revenue targets for the assigned product lines.
What will you be doing?
- Work closely with Sr. Director of Marketing and country marketing leads to develop and drive the franchise Global Product Plan, which includes new products, new indications, and claim development. You will serve as marketing team member on budgeted product development projects. Projects and product support will focus in the area of advanced technologies.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, interactions with KOLs and manage surgeon consultant(s). Consolidate voice of customer feedback. Work closely with Global Sales leadership (Americas, EMEA, APAC), regional and country marketing leads to drive assigned product lines.
- Work with Commercial Marketing Counterparts to develop / execute downstream marketing plans for assigned product franchise. These plans may include:
- Limited product launch and full launch plans for assigned product
- Demo and trade-out programs
- Participates in developing training plans and training content as needed
- Works with manufacturing planners to forecast product needs and ensure adequate
demo and launch inventory.
What will you need to be successful?
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of commercial experience with the majority specific to the medical device industry.
- 3+ years marketing experience.
- Sales or technical SaaS experience preferred.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Experience in Robotics, AI technology, or Advanced Surgery is desired.
- Experience with DICOM, HL7, Medical Cloud is desired.
- Experience with Active Directory/LDAP is desired.
- Experience with Pre-operative imaging is desired.
