Overview:
- Understand KMBS IIM product portfolio and determine how to best integrate our solutions, to solve real-world challenges

Own, prioritize, communicate, and evangelize product roadmaps

Define the strategy and prioritize the product roadmap, working with engineering, professional services and sales

Define, measure and improve key metrics for the product that translate to the success and growth of our customers (e.g., satisfaction, adoption)

Facilitate communication throughout the development process between internal stakeholders and customers while enabling autonomy and accountability of the teams
-
Proactively address operational issues and collaborate with team members to solve problems quickly and thoughtfully.

Advocate, inspire, and mentor Product Managers on the team

Qualifications:

Job duties require occasional travel to contracted customer locations.

Business Casual dress is allowed; however, business attire may be required for face to face meetings based on client requirements.

In the event of occasional travel should possess a valid driver's license that meets Risk Management standards.
Must possess dependable broadband internet connectivity. -
Should be able to work for no less than 8 hours per day.

Computer - Each employee will be provided with a company issued laptop computer system, required software, monitors and remote access to required KMBS systems.

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analysis, etc.) and/or a marketing degree and/or equivalent work experience

8+ Years Experience as a Product Manager

Experience and/or technical knowledge of software
-
Demonstrated solid judgment and effective communication skills; ability to see the big picture, while navigating technology and partner development decisions and trade-offs

Ability to craft a coherent product goal, strategy and roadmap

Ability to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to business stakeholders to promote a shared understanding of strategy, ROI, and opportunities

Ability to constantly look for new ways to improve and accelerate internal and external processes

Senior Product Manager must have high-level knowledge of agile software development as well as experience in project management, familiarity with high performing work environments, excellent communication and leadership skills, and an understanding of computer science principles

Experience and/or technical knowledge of software

Strategic mindset with ability to guide recommendations that align back to business strategies

Business acumen, with proficiency in identifying, tracking and acting upon metrics

Strong personal organizational and time management skills
