We are looking for a Customer Support Representative that will act as a liaison between customers and our sales reps. This position will also assist with phone support, orders, account questions, keeping the accounts up to date, billing, cancellations, and other queries.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer calls and assist with inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Provide information about products and services
- Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or sales purposes
- Utilize communication skills to interact effectively with customers
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong customer service orientation and proficiency in handling customer interactions
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Experience using database management systems
- Experience using Microsoft 365. Experience using SAP is a plus.
