This position also receives a 10% pay differential on top of base salary listed above.

Position Summary & Responsibilities
This position is responsible for varied duties within the scope of the HCF Warehouse. Duties vary according to need, from Canteen distribution to inmates, being responsible for capital outlay within HCF, physical inventory, ordering, receiving and distribution of all goods delivered to or being disbursed from the HCF Storeroom.
Minimum Qualifications:
One year of experience in storekeeping, including receiving, inspecting, cataloging, and storing goods and maintaining inventory records. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.
Selection Process:_ Applicants selected for interview will be evaluated by an interview panel using performance/behavior based interview questions. The interview panel will make recommendations to the Warden for final approval. A second interview may be conducted. Applicants will be subject to background check and criminal history investigation; must pass a drug screen and a TB test unless promoting, transferring, or demoting from another safety sensitive position within the same agency; and possess a valid Driver’s License._
Kansas Tax Clearance Certificate: Upon offer of employment, the selected candidate must obtain a valid Kansas Certificate of Tax Clearance within 10 days of the job offer. The certificate can be obtained by accessing the Kansas Department of Revenue's website. A Tax Clearance is a comprehensive tax account review to determine and ensure that an individual's account is compliant with all primary Kansas Tax Laws. A Tax Clearance expires every 90 days. If an individual who has been offered employment cannot provide proof of a tax clearance certificate, the individual will be required to enter into a payment plan with KDOR and remain current on such payment plan or make other arrangements with KDOR to achieve the tax clearance required under Executive Order 2004-03.
