Assist the Sales department and customers. Write-up quotes for customers, answer phones and enter sales orders. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Role and Responsibilities
- Create, enter and updates sales orders based upon client purchase orders, equipment receipts and salesperson/client direction.
- Create written equipment repair quotes form details provided by our estimating dept.
- Provide internal coordination upon release of a client repair.
- Maintain detailed customer and repair records.
- Research data and create reports for Sales, Clients, Production and Accounting as needed.
- Create documentation requested by clients.
- Answer telephone, take and relay messages and provide information to callers.
- Respond to inquiries from customers via phone, email, and fax.
- General administrative and clerical support.
- Work closely with all other departments internally.
- All other duties assigned
