Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our organization's HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our HR department, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our employees.
Duties:
- Assist in all aspects of recruitment and talent acquisition, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
- Conduct new hire orientations, providing essential information to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records, including data entry into HR systems such as ADP and SAP.
- Coordinate and participate in employee training and development programs, including conflict management and employee relations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, including strategic planning and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide support with payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and retention.

-Contact person for PTO, approving, finding coverage, managing Leave of Absences.
Skills:
- Proven experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as ADP and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
