POSITION SUMMARY:
Enjoy a 3 day weekend every weekend with a 4 day x 10 hour schedule!
The Production Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of components, the assembly, and of finished products as well as assigned soldering processes as required (ie. Soldering components, configuring cabling, and configuring wires). This individual manufactures product in compliance with production control documentation and he/she is under the direct supervision of the production supervisor. This person is responsible for the quality of their work and meeting all Quality System requirements for the tasks assigned.
PAY: $16-17 an hour 1st shift
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:
· Assists with the movement of materials through the workstations and properly label all bins and trays
· Ensure product meets the current quality requirements
· Ability to occasionally lift 75-80lbs and sit/stand for 6+ hours/day
· Raises issues or concerns with components, processes, documentation when needed
· Responsible for operating equipment and processes per process specifications
· Responsible for documenting time to appropriate manufacturing orders
· Responsible for following process specifications and production rules
· Helps with improving processes throughout the department or center of excellence

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Ability to handle and assemble small parts
· Solder
· Great attention to detail
· Good oral and communication skills
· Professional interactions with employees
· Seeks out opportunities to learn new skills, and acquire information
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Assembly Experience and/ or experience in Manufacturing
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
· Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as required
· Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull
· Ability to manage and manipulate small parts
· Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
