Job Summary:
WE WANT YOU IF..... you are an upbeat, organized, and proactive Sales Representative who loves people and prides themself on stellar customer service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment and is eager to drive growth by engaging new and existing clients. Your contribution will be crucial to expanding our client base and helping more people in our community achieve their health and fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 75 calls per day to potential clients to introduce our comprehensive services and schedule appointments.
- Secure a minimum of 14 new clients per week, maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate at least 5 package sales per week, tailored to meet client needs.
- Manage the clinic you are working at for the duration of your shift and ensure the clinic remains clean and organized.
- Greet all clients who walk in with a smile on your face ready and eager to help them.
- Give a tour to all prospective and new clients when they walk into the clinic.
- Manage the inbox and respond to all new and current client inquiries to maintain client satisfaction.
- Successfully convert at least 3 clients per month to memberships, enhancing long-term engagement and retention.
- Independently manage follow-ups with all prospects via phone, text, and email, maintaining high engagement without supervision.
- Keep immaculate records of all client interactions in our CRM, ensuring all notes and deals are up-to-date.
- Reactivate at least 5 clients per week, encouraging them to resume their health and wellness journey with us.
- Ensure at least 94% of scheduled clients attend their appointments, minimizing no-shows and cancellations.
- Continuously improve and update administrative and sales processes and scripts to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Qualifications:

- Disciplined individual who has their own goals to achieve and is highly invested in improving their personal and professional skillsets.
- People person - you love people, helping them, understand they have questions, and don't lose patience when working with people who need help.
- Proven track record in business-to-customer sales, with a passion for exceeding quotas and achieving sales goals.
- Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and motivating others.
- High proficiency with CRM software and understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Enthusiastic about personal health and wellness, with a desire to make a positive impact on others.
