The Senior Customer Service Represenative will provide daily direction and support to CSRs and Data Clerks as it applies to specific client accounts.
Our Customer Service Team is a client focused organization tasked with providing our clients consistent, up to date details on our ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operate as the first point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients assigned
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
- Book work orders and follow through to ensure timely completion
- Create, review and process invoices to clients.
- Prepare bids/quotes with information provided by Project Managers
- Submit bids/quotes to clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Prior Experience with CRM Software a plus
- Prior Sales experience a plus
- Prior experience in construction/service industry
- 5+ years of Excel & Word proficiency
- Strong attention to details
- Take initiative and be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
