Position Summary:
We are looking for a patient care coordinator/case manager to join our team! We are looking for someone who is adaptable, who is good with numbers with a direct sales background, who has been told they provide excellent customer service and has great communication skills, and has good energy. Previous experience in direct sales (i.e. life insurance, business to business sales, club memberships, real estate) preferred. Because you will be dealing with numbers, we are looking for someone who is comfortable with numbers and math.
There will be opportunity to earn bonus incentives on top of base pay (after 90 day probationary period); our case managers' bonuses have averaged over $12k+ per year and is dependent on performance so there is opportunity to possibly earn much more.
As a patient care coordinator/case manager, you will be working closely and directly with patients taking histories, doing initial intakes and consultation, and explaining financials and care plans based on doctor's recommendations. You will also be cross train to provide back up for general front office support including setting appointments in person and over the phone, answering and making phone calls, scheduling, and other front office work. You will be working with patients, so it is expected that you present yourself in a professional manner that positively represents our clinic.

Education & Experience:
- High School diploma required
- 2-3 years’ work experience in reception, sales, customer service or related field preferred
- Experience in a multi-physician practice preferred
