```Duties```
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business
- Provide support to the manager in various administrative tasks and decision-making processes
- Help in supervising and training staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees
- Collaborate with the manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math calculations and comfortable working with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Demonstrated ability in team management and supervising staff members
- Familiarity with market trends and the ability to negotiate with vendors
