The Regional Sales Manager will provide leadership guidance and support to all A-MAX retail locations within the designated region (Houston market).
Essential Responsibilities:

Guide, develop, and implement best organizational practices and process adjustments to improve business in coordination with Director of Sales.

Visit all offices within designated region and create office structure in collaboration with District Sales Managers.

Drives district/office execution of key programs and day-to-day operational expectations and tasks which result in the achievement of year-end operational and financial goals and objectives.

Work closely with HR personnel to properly manage employee relations, job requisitions, on-boarding and staffing agendas.

Conduct field inspections and consistently manage the assigned territory to achieve key target metrics related to customer satisfaction, cost, performance, and other key measures that support the business objectives.

Provides leadership, direction, training and coaching to District Managers as required to meet performance, operational and financial targets.

Evaluates key performance metrics at store, district, and regional levels.

Evaluates regional needs to ensure the growth and development of field locations and employees.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.

10 years’ experience in insurance industry preferably non-standard

Insurance License required. Limited Lines is acceptable, and the company will assist to upgrade to Property & Casualty License within designated timeframe upon hire.

Ability to work flexible schedule and travel up to 50% of the time.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required.

Financial analysis skills sufficient to interpret operating statements and other financial reporting data, manage budgets, and control inventory.

Previous experience implementing policies, procedures, and compliance.

Experience in coaching and training direct reports
