Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a positive and safe living/work environment for individuals and staff by
enforcing health and safety standards at all times, and notify appropriate
administration of any risk management issues.
- Coordinate housekeeping duties and chores to ensure a clean and healthy homelike environment.
- Manage the residential budget in all areas including food purchasing, petty cash
and other residential expenses.
- Responsible for timely payroll reporting.
- Personnel management of direct care, case management and vocational staff with
accountability for hiring, training, supervising and conducting performance
evaluations.

- Coordination and scheduling of program staff to ensure required ratios are met,
while ensuring vacancies are covered with minimal use of overtime.
- Support all functions that attain and maintain accreditation standards and/or
program compliance with state regulatory agencies, such as staffing
ratio/schedules, staff training, behavior management plans, quarterly and annual
ISP reports, etc.
- Coordinate and document medical needs and services of individuals.
- Oversee ISP service planning and related documentation.
- Ensure clinical and medical files within the home are maintained, ensuring they
are accurate and up to date.
- Document and record outcome measurement data for residential program through
data collection, i.e., ISP’s, life skills assessments and other evaluations.
- Facilitate and maintain positive, effective relationships with parents/guardians,
DDS staff, neighbors, and other professional community supports.
- Provide after hours on-call emergency support and staffing coverage for the
residence.
- Facilitate and document regular staff and meetings and supervision.
- Provide crisis intervention when needed, and identify and implement proactive
behavioral interventions when possible.
- Ensure appropriate Therap GER documentation for all incidents and HCSIS
follow-up reporting for all major incident and restraint reports in a timely manner.
- Maintain working knowledge of all crisis management, safety plans and
emergency procedures for the residence.
- All other work related duties as assigned by the program director.
