Sushi Chef:
You have 8+ years of experience as a sushi chef. You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment. You can stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 8 hours. You’re a team player with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities include sushi preparation according to recipes and efficiently executing intricate, aesthetically-pleasing sushi plates and rolls. You’ll be working with other staff to ensure the safety and sanitation of the restaurant. Salary paid based on experience.
