United Contractor Services is a growing national commercial specialty drywall contractor. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Preconstruction Assistant to join our team in Kennesaw, GA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project and preconstruction teams, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the construction project team, including document management, project scheduling, and coordination of meetings and communications.

Assist the Preconstruction Team with document management and reporting.

Help with estimating labor and material costs, communicating financial cost and project timelines to customers.

Assist with the preparation of contracts and change orders.

Prepare and maintain project reports, logs, and other project-related documentation.

Coordinate with General Contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Assist with the preparation and submittal of project closeout documentation.

Provide support to the project team during the construction phase, including maintaining project files and distributing construction documents.

Create documents and reports as needed for the Project Team.
Qualifications:

Experience using Microsoft Suite

Detail oriented and able to multitask
-
Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required
