As Office Assistant II, you will provide general office support, such as data entry, recordkeeping, telephone and visitor reception, and complete record keeping in accordance with JCAHO standards.

Responsibilities:

Provides general office support; data entry, recordkeeping, telephone and visitor reception.

Facilitates the visitor process.

Follows department and hospital policies and procedures.

Manages traffic flow through the department.

Maintains electronic and hard copy files. Updates database and files records appropriately.

Completes record keeping in accordance to JCAHO standards.

Answers phones and provides general customer service as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED.

Work Experience:

1 year of experience filing and data entry in fast paced environment.

Pay Range: $15.25 - $19.60 / hour
