We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is excited to be a part of a fast-paced team that works together to assist our clients. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and dependable. Attention to detail a must. Able to clearly assist customers with any product or service issues along with communicating with and assisting our sales staff. Light accounting skills needed and a plus as well as A/R and A/P duties. We have our own Microsoft based order entry processing system. Microsoft Office knowledge and typing skills a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer.
- Answer phones and make calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with team members.
- Provide customer service over the phone, via email, sometimes in person.
- A/R and A/P duties along with some light accounting.
- Keep records.
- Develop rapport with customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
