We are looking for team members to join our inside Customer Service / Order Management team.
How you'll spend your day:
· help manage routine orders and reorders for our small-merchant customers
· answer questions about our products and services by phone and email
· fulfill product samples requests and follow up later to obtain the order
· help customers choose the products/services that are best for them
· work to move orders from "placed" to "approved" and in production
A background in print production or retail technology will be helpful, but if attention to detail, verbal and written communication ability is your strong suit, this will be a fun and engaging opportunity for you. Competitive starting salary, plus bonus, health insurance and vacation plan.
