GMI is looking for a Client Support Associate who is excited to tackle new challenges in a fast-paced environment. The Client Support Associate will serve as a direct point of contact between us and our Verizon consumers. Therefore, we are looking for individuals with exceptional customer service and communication skills to create brand awareness for our clients.

Client Support Associate Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and personalized customer service to enhance customer retention and foster new client relationships
- Stay updated on client development techniques and engagement strategies, enhancing overall performance and expertise
- Handle customer objections and concerns with professionalism, aiming to transform challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize strategic prospecting techniques to cultivate new business opportunities
- Embrace a feedback-driven approach that showcases both your adaptable nature and unwavering commitment to continuous learning and growth
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction metrics and sales performance data to stay aligned with customer expectations and industry trends
Preferred Client Support Associate Qualifications:
- A passion for helping our clients continue to grow and succeed
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our onsite location
- Experience in a Customer Service, Client Support,, Sales Representative, Client Relations, or Business Development role is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Must be outgoing and approachable
- Eager to engage with customers and driven a team

Pay: $47,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
