Job Overview: We are currently seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage benefit administration for the company.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
