The Restaurant General Manager will be supervising 10 to 20 team members in a very fast paced restaurant! We are looking for friendly people who like daily challenges and love working with the public!
Managers provide excellent food and outstanding customer service in a clean, safe and friendly environment. Managers motivate and set the right example for all their team members.
Managers are required to work 50 hours a week, including evening shifts, weekends and holidays. You must have reliable transportation, computer skills, basic math skills, great communication skills and strong analytical/decision making skills.
High school diploma or GED is required. Managers must also have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience.
