The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing company to find a Human Resources Director for their team! This role will be based in Chicago and will require up to 50% travel to the facilities.
This role is pivotal to the success of the HR platform in this growing company who is expected to expand 4x in the next several years! This person will oversee the build out of HR processes, HR policies, HR structure, and overall company culture.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Lead and execute strategic human resource initiatives in coordination with senior leaders focuses on Talent Strategies, Organizational Effectiveness, and general HR projects in TA, engagement, and performance management

Support Senior Leaders on performance management of their direct reports and manage succession planning for all the Senior Leaders and their teams

Be subject matter expert on all things HR relating to compensation, benefits, and leave management

Manage engagement and retention strategies and align those with the business needs to ensure employees are valued and supported

Be adaptable in their HR responsibilities; be able to pivot and re-establish priorities in administration, day-to-day HR duties, and projects
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree

Additional HR Certification or Masters preferred

7+ years of HR Management in manufacturing industry
