The Travel Agency shall be familiar with booking Company Travel and follow policies when booking airline travel, rental cars, and hotels. These policies are consistent with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and GSA per diem rates. Airfare must be the lowest reasonably available airfare which meets the business needs. This scope shall not include any leisure travel. The Travel Agency shall need to work directly with Company Finance on a daily basis to ensure that all employee travel is authorized before airline reservations are completed. Employees will travel throughout the United States and could include limited Foreign Travel. The expected number of total trips per year will be between 500 and 650. Once travel dates are approved, employees will work directly with the Travel Agency to make their travel arrangements. All airline tickets will be charged to the company card. Hotel and Car rentals will be on the employee’s credit card.
Dedicated agents shall be familiar with the travel rules when making travel arrangements for the employees. It is preferred that the agency offer 24/7 agent support and be efficient and cost effective when booking travel.

At least two years prior experience booking travel arrangements is required for this work.
