Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions
- Monitor and document patient behavior and progress
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Provide support and assistance to patients during daily activities
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and modify treatment plans
- Respond to emergencies and crisis situations in a calm and effective manner
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
