Job Summary:
The Customer Experience – Commercial Lines is expected to jump into a fast-paced, friendly, and professional work environment. You will be responsible for managing phones and providing a positive customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Receive, submit (where applicable), and follow-up on claims
- Diligence updating claims information within the system
- Gathering full information for policy changes, document requests, cancellations, and driver approvals (including obtaining the accompanying MVRresults, signature, documents, etc.
- Communicating and following-up on customer information requests from carriers
- Researching and responding to billing questions (when applicable)
- Issuing and following-up on Agency Bill invoices and payments
- Quoting new business
- Strategic renewal reviews
- Re-market quote requests
- Issuing bonds-Bookroll projects-Creating and / or verifying customer contact information (including mobile, email, and social media)
Qualifications:
- Five years’ experience in the insurance industry
- Five years’ commercial insurance experience
- Valid state Property and Casualty License
- Organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Account management experience preferred
- Managerial experience preferred
