Skillability Soccer Training is looking for highly motivated coaches/trainers to join our expanding programs at existing and new facilities. Full time and part time staff trainers will receive excellent rates of pay, full adidas® training apparel and undergo extensive training and development programs. Successful candidates can look forward to a supportive and positive coaching education based environment, which includes, shadowing experienced lead coaches as well as on the job training.
Highly qualified trainer to lead soccer training for youth athletes at our Louisville Facility location. Training will include: private 1on1 lessons, small groups, clinics, camps, and team training.
Looking for staff coaches who are:
- Highly motivated individuals that enjoy working with and coaching players between the ages of 8 and 18.
- Have a coaching background at the high school, collegiate, or professional levels, OR playing experience at the collegiate or professional levels
- Coaching certifications required
- Flexible in working hours
- Can provide their own transportation to training sessions
- Are passionate about the game of soccer and can express that through their training
- Are responsible for creating a safe and fun environment for all players to enjoy

Requirements:
- Unquestioned personal integrity and ability to maintain a professional demeanor and work environment
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to problem solve
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Technical soccer expertise preferred
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must be great with kids
- Bilingual-English/Spanish a plus, but not required
- Coaching licenses preferred but not required
- Collegiate or professional soccer playing experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a national criminal and sex offender
background check
CPR/First aide certification preferred
