Job Description: Client Services Representative - Pet Resort Front Desk
Position Overview:

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to become the face of our resort, ensuring tail-wagging experiences for pets and their owners. From checking in furry friends to coordinating reservations and interacting with clients, your role will play a pivotal part in creating a pawsitively memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome pets and their owners with a friendly demeanor, reflecting the welcoming atmosphere of our resort.
- Efficiently oversee the check-in and check-out process for our furry guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Confirm reservations and sprinkle a bit of magic to accommodate special requests.
- Communicate smoothly with clients and veterinarians as needed to confirm reservation and medical details.
- Ensure all documentation is in paw-fect order.
- Lend a helping paw in keeping the lobby spick and span, addressing any unforeseen pet messes along the way.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to bend, kneel, sit, and stand for extended periods.
- Play a role in escorting our furry guests to their accommodations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Ability to work both independently and with others as needed.
- Spread smiles through client interactions, whether in-person or on the phone.
- Navigate computer systems like a pro.
- Minimum of 3 years in customer service.
- If you've got pet-related experience, consider it a bonus treat.
Schedule and Availability:
- Weekday shifts with rotating weekends.
- Standard shifts are 8 hours long. Longer shifts are available based on preference and business need.
- Must be available on Tuesdays and at least 2 weekend days per month.
