Specific job duties will involve supporting the policies and procedures of the all departments. Your qualifications should include a minimum of 4-6 years’ experience as an administrative professional.

Responsibilities:
- Act as staff advocate for new employees and conduct initial training and administrative actions such as onboarding paperwork, I-9 verification, etc.
- Ensure office environment is kept clean, organized, and fully stocked with office related necessities.
- Procurement of office supplies and equipment for current team and new hires.
- Event planning and budgeting for staff birthdays, team building events, anniversaries, and holidays.
- Partner with support staff across the organization to ensure consistent experiences.
- Maintain corporate Indeed and LinkedIn pages while acting as first impression of the company.
- Validate, update, maintain, and post job descriptions alongside hiring managers as needed.
- Maintain compliant time-keeping practices, monitor and appropriately file time off requests.
- Work with IT support for all administrative needs and accounts across the staff (i.e., Microsoft Office 365, phone/teleconferencing, business card requests, and miscellaneous needs).
