Spiral’s Customer Support team is invested in the success of our customers, employees, and suppliers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist who will be the initial point of contact, provide product and service information, answer questions, and resolve any issues our customers may encounter, accurately and efficiently. This position is with our MyBinding.com location in Hillsboro, OR.
Key Responsibilities would include:
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward external and internal customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers through phone, chat and CRM system tickets.
- Problem solves with the goal of first contact resolution.
- Follow up with resolutions on concerns, delays or issues. (reword)
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward external and internal customers.
- Address incoming customer inquiries; change orders, track deliveries, direct to correct depts., initiate returns and handle any other questions/complaints that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Research and gather documentation for customer credits and charges.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of windows-based software and web services. (ex: Business Central, Word, Excel & Magento); experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Zoho, etc.) a plus
- At least one year ofE-commerce customer service
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working on the phones and interfacing with customers
- Good problem solver who takes initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to continual education about the company, products and services.
- Ability to retain information and use it for future use.
- Be a strong team player with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
