As our Web Optimization Manager, you will architect the enterprise web strategies that impact prospects and grow our sales pipeline. You’ll lead the charge in optimizing our website to captivate users and drive meaningful engagement. Your expertise will leverage data insights to refine web strategies and guide users towards conversion. You'll shape the user experience and journey, enhancing online interactions to maximize the conversion rate by turning visitors into leads and encouraging them to take desired actions. Collaborating cross-functionally, you’ll be instrumental in helping Advisor360° implement its GTM strategies as a key player on our Digital Marketing team.

Key responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement CRO strategies to boost conversion rates, enhance website performance, and drive revenue.
- Ensure web strategies align with our go-to-market plan and company goals.
- Continuously iterate on existing strategies based on performance metrics and user feedback.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize user engagement and micro conversions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on key webpages/landing pages, messages, goals, and overall experience.
Digital Web Experience
- Ensure UX, functionality, and overall experience are optimized to meet best practices and leverage business strategies.
- Develop and manage website personalization strategies by building hypotheses, testing/scaling experiments, leveraging messaging, content, website forms, CTA buttons, and page templates.
- Utilize multiple digital experience tools (we use Trendemon, Clarity) to gain insights into user behavior and identify areas for improvement on our website.
- Publish content across multiple platforms (we use HubSpot CMS).
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct thorough analysis of user behavior and A/B testing outcomes.
- Continuously run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements, user flows, conversion funnels, etc.
- Monitor KPIs related to CRO, including conversion rates, and develop/provide regular reports and dashboards.
- Provide updates and insights to senior management on CRO initiatives' performance and impact.
Requirements, skills, and knowledge
- Strong project management and organization skills.
- Excel at building relationships internally and externally.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field; or work equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Conversion Rate Optimization manager or similar role, preferably in a technology start-up or enterprise marketing team.
- In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Clarity, SEM Rush, etc.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and optimization techniques.
- Passion for the challenge of doing new things and building things from scratch.
- Experience collaborating with multiple teams using exceptional communication skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to respond to changing priorities and independently manage multiple initiatives at once.
- Able to work in office 2-3 days per week.
